take cotton one step further however, as the fabric is
knitted on circular machines which removes the need for
side seams, giving a smooth silhouette; each fiber is dyed
individually before knitting so that the rich colors give
perfect coverage; mercerization which is achieved by
singeing the fibers over a flame, gives the yarn a smooth
lustrous silky look and feel to the fabric and finally for
flat knit fabrics a super combing process that removes all
